At CommuAsso, we've spent the past ten years walking alongside families in our community who don't always have the means to give their kids what some of us take for granted: two weeks in nature, friends for life, and the pride of having met a challenge head-on.
That's what the Solidarity Summer Camp 2026 is about. Two weeks outdoors for 50 young people aged 8 to 14 whose families couldn't have made it happen this year. Sports, creative workshops, evenings around the campfire, and most importantly, the feeling of belonging to something bigger.
To make it happen, we need to raise $25,000. That covers registration, gear, transportation, meals, and the training of our volunteer counsellors. No child pays to attend, and no family is ever asked.
But we can't do it alone. This year, we're launching the Champion Ambassadors of CommuAsso: a small group of engaged members, board members, and members of our fundraising committee who've agreed to talk about the cause with their own circles and rally their networks behind the camp.
Each one has their own page, their own story, and their own way of inviting their people to give. Pick the one you want to support, make your gift, and we'll thank you on behalf of 50 kids who are just waiting for the word to head out.
Thanks for being part of the adventure.
Want to become an ambassador yourself?
There's still room. If you'd like to create your own fundraising page and invite your circle to support the camp, this way.
